Step 1: Mix potatoes and olive oil, put in tin foil packet. Bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 2: Mix bouillon with 1/4 c water, you may need a little more water, mix rest first, mix in potatoes that you have put in bowl. Add butter; mash.
Step 3: Add crushed garlic, chives and olives.
Step 4: Season with pepper, you may need salt.
