Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds potatoes (peeled)
  • 6 cloves garlic (mashed)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup water (boiling)
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 15 black olives (minced)
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix potatoes and olive oil, put in tin foil packet. Bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

  • Step 2: Mix bouillon with 1/4 c water, you may need a little more water, mix rest first, mix in potatoes that you have put in bowl. Add butter; mash.

  • Step 3: Add crushed garlic, chives and olives.

  • Step 4: Season with pepper, you may need salt.
