"My grandma used to make these for us as kids. Really tasty! You can also turn them into mexican meat pies by adding taco seasoning to the meat and using that to fill the pies."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown hamburger with onion, and garlic. Salt and pepper while browning.

Step 2

Meanwhile, Mix flour, salt, egg, oil and milk to make a soft dough.

Step 3

Take a golf sized ball of dough and roll into a circle. Then roll it out into a circle.

Step 4

Spread a large spoonful of meat on one sideof the circle. Fold dough over to create a pocket and seal edges with fork tightly. Continue on until all meat and dough are used up. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides.

Step 5

Serve warm! Delicious!
