How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown hamburger with onion, and garlic. Salt and pepper while browning.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, Mix flour, salt, egg, oil and milk to make a soft dough.

  • Step 3: Take a golf sized ball of dough and roll into a circle. Then roll it out into a circle.

  • Step 4: Spread a large spoonful of meat on one sideof the circle. Fold dough over to create a pocket and seal edges with fork tightly. Continue on until all meat and dough are used up. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides.

  • Step 5: Serve warm! Delicious!
