These flaky deli treats made for a Fun Friday night dinner. I can see how these would be a great addition to a potluck, lunch with a side salad. Before I read the method carefully, I thought that the pie crust would fold in half to result sort of like a calzone, but realized that it was to be rolled. Either way, I think will work. We all enjoyed these tonight. Thank you CoffeeB for sharing:)

I made these for my Super Bowl party, and they were a big hit... I used hard salami instead of the pepperoni with great success. I loved the addition of the Parmesan cheese, as it added just a little more flavor, and my company gave them thumbs up. These are awesome appies and ones I will be sure to make again! Thank you for sharing it with us! Linda
