Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute the onions until translucent.
Step 2
Add turmeric and paprika.
Step 3
Add broth and carrots.
Step 4
And simmer 40 minutes.
Step 5
Add chunks of the salmon and cook covered until salmon is cooked.
Step 6
Remove salmon.
Step 7
And use the immersion blender and blend until smooth.
Step 8
Add cream, salt, pepper and allspice to taste.
Step 9
Add salmon back in.
Step 10
Don't boil just simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 11
Season to taste.
