Step by Step Method
Step 1
If using pork belly, slice lengthwise into thick strips.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon-lime soda, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
Step 3
Pour over pork. Cover and marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. *I would use a ziploc bag.
Step 4
Heat the grill or broiler to medium.
Step 5
Drain the pork and discard marinade.
Step 6
Cook pork until browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes on each side.
Step 7
To make Vinegar Soy Dip: Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl.
