"I have been in search of a bean salad that was offered in a supermarket salad bar adjacent to my old work place that I used to frequent. I tried many a recipe as well as trying other bean salads at other supermarkets and none compared. So I decided to wing it on my own and indeed I was able to duplicate a clone-like brother of my fondest bean salad. This salad not only is a great accompaniment to a lettuce salad by it also makes a great side dish for meats and fish, not to mention a tasty scooping condiment for tortilla chips. I hope you and yours love it as much as we do!"

Wow! This is the best bean salad I've had so far. I use to make warm green bean and potato salad but never made a warm one with bean kernels and corn. This will be my go-to salad now! I love that the onions are not raw because my stomach doesn't do raw onions. Absolutely perfect!! Thanks for sharing!

Wow, wow, wow. What a great warm bean salad this is. So much flavor, who knew, warm bean salad would be so good? I didn't, but I do now. It truly is wonderful, sweet tangy, spicy, hot and delicious. We really enjoyed this recipe and will be enjoying it often. I used the corn option and used 1 cup of cilantro. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, it rocks. Kudos on making it into my Favorites Cookbook for 2016. Made FYC Tag game.

We had a cookout this past weekend with all the kids and I made this to try. It was excellent and we loved it! I didn't know what barbecue seasoning was so I just added in a tad of brown sugar, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon pepper. It was extra tasty and will see repeats throughout the summer!

This tasty been salad is one that will see many repeats here. I used canned mixed beans and was short on fresh cilantro so added a bit of dried cilantro which worked great. This is even better the next day!
