Step by Step Method
Step 1
Trim excess fat from chops; roll in flour.
Step 2
Brown chops and garlic in hot fat over medium heat.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place potatoes in 11-1/2×7-1/2×1 -1/2-inch baking pan.
Step 5
Top with browned chops.
Step 6
Separate onion slices into rings; place over chops.
Step 7
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 8
Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven about one and one-half hours.
