  • 24 ounces potatoes (4 potatoes, sliced)
  • 2 yellow onions, sliced
  • FOR MIX
  • 12 ounces sour cream (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Paprika, dash
