Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium high heat saute the ground beef; drain off fat; season with salt and then add the onions and cook until onions are translucent.
Step 3
Lightly fry tortillas and drain on paper towels.
Step 4
On each tortilla place 1 tablespoon each of meat, grated cheese, sour cream and the cottage cheese; roll tortillas up and plan in a 12 x 7 inch baking dish with the seam side down.
Step 5
Mix the taco sauce with the green chiles and pour over the rolled tortillas.
Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
