Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the ground chuck and onions in skillet and pour off excess grease.
Step 2
Add tomato paste and chili powder.
Step 3
Stir in flour and brown sugar.
Step 4
Combine tomatoes and chili beans.
Step 5
Place all ingredients into a 2 quart cooking pot (or crockpot) adding the salt to taste.
Step 6
Cook over low heat for at least 2 hours.
