I would give this 10 stars if I could! This is the best corn pudding that I have ever had, and is a great side dish to any meal... It went especially well with Thanksgiving dinner at my sister's house yesterday... I was looking for something different to add to our holiday meal, and this fits in perfectly. What a great change for us, and we will now add this to our Christmas meal as well! It is easy to whip up and is in the oven in no time. I doubled the recipe and used a 2 quart and a 1 quart casserole dish. It took closer to 1 hour in the oven, but that could just be because my oven is a little off. If it doesn't look completely done keep it in longer until it is firm in the middle. I just loved it and can't tell you enough how good it was Kit! Linda
