Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the panko and 4 oz. of cheese in a large casserole, mixing well.

Step 2

Sprinkle cheese and panko over all, and spray with a bit of cooking spray.

Step 3

Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 10-15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and panko is crispy. Serve.
