Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni (prepared)
  • 1 cup chopped ham (or chopped kielbasa or chicken....any meat you like)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed reduced-fat cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can of non-fat milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 ounces shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • Cooking spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the panko and 4 oz. of cheese in a large casserole, mixing well.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle cheese and panko over all, and spray with a bit of cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 10-15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and panko is crispy. Serve.
