Easy and tasty pork chops...I pan fried them due to not having my grill out yet...we enjoyed the flavors that the ingredients brought to the chops...served it with a side of steamed butter cabbage...it made a quick and easy meal...this is a keeper...made for "FYC" and "B'Zazzled" tag games...

Great chops! Made as directed but had about 8 chops but used the same amount of marinade. Thanks for sharing!

These pork chops are fabulous! I didn’t cook them directly after applying the sauce ingredients; rather I marinated them for about 2-3 hours in the fridge. The flavors permeated throughout which I believe was also due to the fact that the chops were thinly sliced. I cooked them over an outdoor charcoal grill and thus far these chops are the most tender chops I have ever had the pleasure to make. My husband who normally doesn’t jump for joy when chops are on the menu, exclaimed how wonderful these were. For my next barbecue, these surely will be on the menu. Thanks a bunch QueenBea for sharing another winner!

I made this recipe on 12/22 for mine and my SO's dinner. This was also made for two events,Pick Me ! Recipe Tag and Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag. A couple changes were made but I don't think the final results were compromised in any way.And they are as follows. All the sauce ingredients were mixed together.Second, instead of the using bone-in chops a couple of butterflied pork loin chops were used. I put the chops in the mixture and let them set in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then they were grilled on my indoor grill for a few minutes on each side.We both thought they had a very good taste and not too salty. Thank you for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "
