"One of my favorite, and simple dressings for a fruit salad. Some of my favorite fruits are; melon, kiwi, pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, mango, papaya, etc. Simply toss and enjoy! Toasted coconut is a fantastic garnish for this salad."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dressing ... Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl or dish, then refrigerate until ready to use. I don't like to dress fruit too much ahead of time before serving.
Step 2
Toasted Coconut ... This can be done in the oven or on the stove top. I prefer the stove top - It only takes about 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Just keep an eye on it, and stir it often until the coconut is lightly toasted.
Step 3
Serve and ENJOY! ... Add the dressing to the fruit and toss; garnish with the toasted coconut.
