"This is a super easy, delicious; and, quick Five Ingredient glaze for chicken, pork, or lamb. Personally ... my favorite - is on cornish hens (RecipeZazz Recipe #24275) However, this works equally as well on others cuts of meat - various cut of chicken (or whole chickens), pork; and, even lamb. Because figs always remind me of Fall and the holidays ... I usually end up serving something, like a kale and brussels sprouts salad with blue cheese and walnuts; and, maybe some wild rice or roasted beets on the side. It just screams fall to me; but, it is really good anytime of the year. This will glaze approximately 4 1/2-5 1/2 lbs of meat."
