Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the almond bark until half-way melted; stirring once or twice.
Step 2
Add both kinds of chocolate chips to the half melted almond bark, and continue microwaving until the almond bark and chocolate chips are melted; stirring every minute or so.
Step 3
Remove bowl from microwave and stir in the peanuts. Stir until peanuts are completely coated.
Step 4
Line 2 cookie sheets with wax paper.
Step 5
Drop peanut clusters by tablespoonful's onto wax paper.
Step 6
Cool the peanut clusters completely by setting them in the refrigerator a few minutes. Peanut clusters can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator. They freeze very well.
