The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate baking chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
  • Almond bark (6 pieces)
  • 24 ounces peanuts, unsalted peanuts (dry roasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, melt the almond bark until half-way melted; stirring once or twice.

  • Step 2: Add both kinds of chocolate chips to the half melted almond bark, and continue microwaving until the almond bark and chocolate chips are melted; stirring every minute or so.

  • Step 3: Remove bowl from microwave and stir in the peanuts. Stir until peanuts are completely coated.

  • Step 4: Line 2 cookie sheets with wax paper.

  • Step 5: Drop peanut clusters by tablespoonful's onto wax paper.

  • Step 6: Cool the peanut clusters completely by setting them in the refrigerator a few minutes. Peanut clusters can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator. They freeze very well.
