"I had some ground beef,bacon,and cheese and didn't want to make the same old ordinary cheese burger. So,here's the results. If you try this,please feel free to season your ground beef with what seasonings you like.You can pan fry in a cast iron skillet,grill 'em,or even broil 'em.The cooking method is up to you. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Dice two slices of bacon into small pieces.

Step 2

Preheat a medium size cast iron skillet over medium heat,when skillet is hot add diced bacon and cook until slightly crisp.

Step 3

Remove diced bacon and cook remaining slices until desired crispness is reached.

Step 4

Add cooked diced bacon,cheese,and pepper to ground beef and mix well(be careful not to over mix).

Step 5

Divide beef mixture into two 6 ounce patties and sprinkle both sides with Cajun Seasoning.

Step 6

Place carefully in hot bacon drippings,and cook until medium.

Step 7

Add a slice of cheese to each patty,then take each slice of remaining bacon,break in half and place side by side on top of cheese.

Step 8

Cover with lid for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 9

Serve on buns with desired toppings.
