Step 1: Dice two slices of bacon into small pieces.
Step 2: Preheat a medium size cast iron skillet over medium heat,when skillet is hot add diced bacon and cook until slightly crisp.
Step 3: Remove diced bacon and cook remaining slices until desired crispness is reached.
Step 4: Add cooked diced bacon,cheese,and pepper to ground beef and mix well(be careful not to over mix).
Step 5: Divide beef mixture into two 6 ounce patties and sprinkle both sides with Cajun Seasoning.
Step 6: Place carefully in hot bacon drippings,and cook until medium.
Step 7: Add a slice of cheese to each patty,then take each slice of remaining bacon,break in half and place side by side on top of cheese.
Step 8: Cover with lid for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 9: Serve on buns with desired toppings.
