Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon lard and fry onions until golden, season lightly.

Add tomatoes and cook a bit.

Add chilies undrained and cook until tight.

Add cheese and cover and take off heat, season to taste.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cook tortillas in lard until soft, and drain on paper towels.

Put 2 tablespoons of tomato mixture in center and then dollop with sour cream.
