One of the best milk gravies I've ever had! The thyme makes all the difference. I only made half the recipe and mine turned out a little gloppy when removed from heat, so next time will probably up the milk or use less flour. Regardless, this will be repeated quite often - this is SUPER good!!! Served this over a Southern-fried pork chop. Oh, my! Thaks for sharing another good one, Dee!
