"I got the idea for this recipe from another site,and it was posted to them by a wonderful lady by the name of Miss MizzNezz. Her recipe used regular uncooked potatoes. But since leftovers should be used where ever they can,I used leftover baked potatoes. Also,a few extra seasonings were added. I think this is a recipe that even kids would enjoy. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat,until hot but not smoking.

Step 2

Place hot dog pieces in oil and brown slightly.

Step 3

Remove hot dogs and add onions then cook until slightly softened,then add potatoes and lightly brown.(you might need just a bit more oil to brown the potatoes)

Step 4

Add hot dogs back to potatoes and onions then sprinkle with seasonings, stirring slightly to coat everything.

Step 5

Sprinkle cheese over everything and cover with lid for 5 minutes,or until cheese is melted.
