Step 1

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl

Combine ground beef, onions, bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper;

Mix well.

Shape into 6 1/2 inch-thick oval patties.

Heat skillet over medium heat

Cook patties 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no pink remains.

Step 8

Add gravy, water, horseradish, and mushrooms and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Daily Inspiration

Great recipe and we loved the gravy; especially the addition of the prepared horseradish. I made a few cooking changes in that I sauteed the mushrooms before adding them to the gravy and then once the meat was browned well on both sides, I turned down the heat and covered the meat with 2/3 of the gravy and allowed the meat to simmer until done. I used the rest of the gravy to top some mashed potatoes. Great recipe. : )
