Step 5: Shape into 6 1/2 inch-thick oval patties.
Step 6: Heat skillet over medium heat
Step 7: Cook patties 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no pink remains.
Step 8: Add gravy, water, horseradish, and mushrooms and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
