Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Step 2
Pam spray it
Step 3
Lay sliced potatoes in dish, add salt and pepper,to taste
Step 4
In saucepan
Step 5
Combine cream, mustard, garlic, and butter.
Step 6
Heat to almost boiling.
Step 7
Pour over potatoes.
Step 8
Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
Step 9
Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 1/2 hour.
Step 10
They should be a bit brown and crispy.
