We really loved this potato salad. We made the dressing exactly as written. We made a few changes in the ingredients added. I hate celery chunks so I added sliced green olives instead. Instead of cucumber I used chopped bread and butter pickles. Otherwise we followed all the sauce ingredients. We will make this again.
