Step 1
Heat olive oil in hot 3-4 qt dutch oven or suitable pot over medium high heat. Crumble ground turkey into oil, and stir, breaking it up clumps. When browned, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
Step 2
Add beans (undrained), chiles, tomatoes and spices. Return to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Step 3
Simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed
