I nearly made this pasta as written. I used normal macaroni and had to change the pickle to a mustard pickle but added a little dill gherkin to the mix for the dill taste.I did cut the recipe in half and think I may have added to much pasta, but never the less this was still wonderful! The creaminess from the mayonnaise & mustard combined gives a wonderful flavor, the eggs takes on these flavors and then with the added crunch from the celery this makes for one awesome pasta. DH (who does not like celery) really enjoyed it served as a side to his steak, and DD and myself enjoyed it as a salad on its own. What can I say... We really did enjoy this recipe!
