Step 1

Place the ground beef in bowl.

Step 2

Add in all the remaining ingredients. Combine everything together gently using your hands.

Step 3

Shape into 4 patties.

Step 4

Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight (this will blend the flavors).

Step 5

Grill until thoroughy cooked through.

Step 6

Serve on buns with favorite toppings

I made the patties up ahead of time using 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. The result was a little spicy, which we liked a lot. I opted to top them with onion slices, mayonnaise and ketchup. Terrific burgers on the grill!

I loved the peppy flavour. Great Saturday Night Burger! Recipe saved to make again. I just chopped the garlic. Served ona sour dough bun.
