"I made this for my boys when they were growing up. the computer wants beef or pork hot dogs , im posting beef for everyone , just know i used the cheapest ones i could buy lol , but it would be better with higher end hot dogs"

Nice simple, tasty recipe. I saved a hot dog from last night's dinner and cut the recipe back to one serving (2 eggs). Lovely for Sunday Bruch or for a not too heavy dinner.
