Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper,to taste
Step 2
Heat butter and brown chops on all sides.
Step 3
Remove them and keep in a warm place.

Add onions to skillet and cook stirring until they start to brown, about five minutes.

Sprinkle onions with flour.
Step 6
Add chicken broth and mustard stirring constantly with a whisk.

Add dill
Step 8
Add chops back in and simmer 30 minutes covered,adding water as needed until chops are tender

Stir in cream,don't boil and simmer until smooth.
