Step 1: Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper,to taste
Step 2: Heat butter and brown chops on all sides.
Step 3: Remove them and keep in a warm place.
Step 4: Add onions to skillet and cook stirring until they start to brown, about five minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle onions with flour.
Step 6: Add chicken broth and mustard stirring constantly with a whisk.
Step 7: Add dill
Step 8: Add chops back in and simmer 30 minutes covered,adding water as needed until chops are tender
Step 9: Stir in cream,don't boil and simmer until smooth.
