Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix everything but the jam until well mixed. In 9 inch cake pan grease and flour heavily. Pour in 1/2 the mixture.
Step 2
Spread jam over center, they probably eye balled it. Cover with rest of batter.
Step 3
Bake 45 minutes at 350 F.
Step 4
Dust top with powdered sugar.
