"This may have come from a Weight Watcher's cookbook, or maybe Cooking Light, I don't remember. I've made considerable changes to it, though, so I'm posting it here."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine broth, oil and curry powder in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in onion and walnuts; fluff with fork and serve.
