I am not a fan of deviled ham but this recipe sounded so good I had to give it a try. Bought a bone-in smoked ham that I baked and the next day made the ham spread. Put a larger piece of ham in the food processor and chopped it until almost smooth. Mixed the ham in with remaining ingredients, leaving out the salt, then chilled for about one hour in the refrigerator. Spread it on sour dough bread and it was delicious. Enjoyed the bit of zip from the pickle relish and pimentos next time adding a touch more. I think spreading this on crackers would be good too. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Cuba.
