Finally found the elusive Pinto Beans, it was well worth waiting for! Made a great lunch for dd and I, we both loved it! I used a cup of beans, 4 cups diced potatoes and a good sized jalapeno seeds and all which really made it for us! We both ageed into our Soup Cookbook for this one!
