Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.

Add onions and cook 5 minutes, until soft.

Add beef and increase heat to med-hi. Brown, breaking into smaller pieces as it cooks.

Once meat is brown, add garlic and cook another minute.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
