Step 1: Heat pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2: Add onions and cook 5 minutes, until soft.
Step 3: Add beef and increase heat to med-hi. Brown, breaking into smaller pieces as it cooks.
Step 4: Once meat is brown, add garlic and cook another minute.
Step 5: Drain grease and transfer to slow cooker.
Step 6: Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 7: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
