"If you haven't met button bones you may be in for a big surprise. They are Pork small spoon shaped bones and are found in the neck. They are very reasonable in price and the meat is very tender and moist. Great for pulled pork sandwiches or served as you would serve spare ribs. Ask your butcher for them. Takes minutes to prepare. Leftovers freeze well"
