Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, then grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large resealable plastic bag combine the flour with next 5 spices; add potatoes then seal bag and shake to coat.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine the melted butter with garlic, then pour into the baking dish.
Step 4
Add in potatoes (do not stir).
Step 5
Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Uncover and stir; continue baking (uncovered) for about 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
