Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (rubbed between fingers to release the flavors, do the same for the marjoram)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or adjust to taste
  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, then grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a large resealable plastic bag combine the flour with next 5 spices; add potatoes then seal bag and shake to coat.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl combine the melted butter with garlic, then pour into the baking dish.

  • Step 4: Add in potatoes (do not stir).

  • Step 5: Cover and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 6: Uncover and stir; continue baking (uncovered) for about 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
