Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
In a 9 by 13 inch baking dish thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes.
Step 3
Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
Step 4
Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes(check after 45 minutes)or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Step 5
Garnish,if desired,with chopped parsley.
