Step 1
In a saucepan, gate the zest of half of an orange and then chop the flesh and peel add it to the pan along with the cranberries, sugar, lime juice, grand mariner (if using) and salt and bring to a simmer over medium heat,cook stirring until cranberries burst and sauce thickens (8-10 minutes). Scrape into a bowl and let cool before serving.
