I cheated and tasted a little so I can review it. I substituted 2 tablespoons orange juice plus 1/2 teaspoon orange extract in place of the Grand Marnier. It smells so heavenly; I wish I didn't have to wait to eat it. The orange peel softened just the right amount. If I would have planned better I would have made two batches.
