Step 1

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT crabmeat in a medium-sized saucepan over low heat. Heat until hot approximately 10-15 minutes, but do not overheat or it will scorch!

Step 2

Add crab and heat through. Remove bay leaf before serving.

LOVED IT! Wow, Brooke, what a great recipe! It made a delicious, quick lunch. I used celery soup rather than potato, personal preference. The creamed corn and crab add a sweet touch. I added some parsley too.
