"I had some Country Style Ribs and didn't know what to do with them. So,I just used some items that were on hand and came up with this recipe. You don't have to use the exact ingredients I did, just as long as they're close enough :). Prep time reads " 135 minutes "that includes 2 hours of marinating. And if you choose to grill these, please go right ahead. The " Seasoning " is the twist, you would normally use the seasoning on burgers, not ribs." Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Take half of the oil and seasoning, place in a gallon size plastic bag.
Step 2
Add ribs, remove all air from bag, seal tightly, and massage seasoning into the ribs.
Step 3
Let marinate for at least two hours,(if you happen to forget,it doesn't matter, longer marinating only makes things better.)
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 5
Add remaining oil in a medium size skillet heat until hot but not smoking, add ribs and lightly browned on each size.
Step 6
Place seasoned ribs into a 2 quart rectangular dish which has been prepared with a non-stick spray(I used non-stick aluminum foil).
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for one hour, remove foil and drain any liquid.
Step 8
Pour BBQ sauce over ribs, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until ribs have a slight crust.
