Step 1: Take half of the oil and seasoning, place in a gallon size plastic bag.
Step 2: Add ribs, remove all air from bag, seal tightly, and massage seasoning into the ribs.
Step 3: Let marinate for at least two hours,(if you happen to forget,it doesn't matter, longer marinating only makes things better.)
Step 4: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 5: Add remaining oil in a medium size skillet heat until hot but not smoking, add ribs and lightly browned on each size.
Step 6: Place seasoned ribs into a 2 quart rectangular dish which has been prepared with a non-stick spray(I used non-stick aluminum foil).
Step 7: Cover with foil and bake for one hour, remove foil and drain any liquid.
Step 8: Pour BBQ sauce over ribs, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until ribs have a slight crust.
