Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together and press into a Corning Ware casserole dish.

Step 2

Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through, draining the drippings as needed. (Most meatloaf recipes take an hour)

Step 3

If adding a topping, add it now and bake about 5 more minutes.

This is so worth the 5 stars...I cut the recipe in half and used my small loaf pan...the slices were nice and firm and didn't crumble like some do...we enjoyed the touch of celery...I topped mine with a touch of A-1 sauce...planning to have meatloaf sandwiches for lunch...made for "FYC" tag game...
